The Midlothian restaurant, which is a “New Zealand inspired gastro pub bringing you the very best of New Zealand’s livestock and agriculture,” will be at 101 Heaths Way Drive, just west of the new Stonehenge Village Shopping Center.

The public is invited to attend a ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m. Tuesday before the restaurant serves its first customers.

For the first two weeks, the restaurant will be open for dinner only from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

In mid-November, Burger Bach will then open for lunch every day beginning at 11 a.m.

“Our brand and our culture can be seen in the preparation of our menu items and the quality of service we provide. Dining at Burger Bach is quite an experience and we would like to invite everyone in Midlothian to be a part of it,” said Managing Director Ryan Krenek.

In addition to burgers, Burger Bach features a Virginia farmed raw oyster bar, sautéed shrimp and mussels, fresh cut fries served with over a dozen dipping sauces, more than two dozen local and regional beers, and much more.

There are also Burger Bach restaurants in Carytown and Short Pump in the Richmond area; the restaurant also opened a location in Durham, N.C., about a year ago, and recently opened in Charlottesville.
